Wake up with the sunrise, dance with the waves, and get your groove on! Rise and Shine is a one-hour morning beach session brought to you by Papaya Stories. Get your energy booster with a vibrant mix of stretches, silent disco, and play to kick-start your day!
At the session, you will find your own dance spot and a set of headphones. We kick off each session with a warm-up and a gentle guided stretch followed by a silent disco. Tune into the channel of your choice by switching between three music channels:
Blue Music Channel: electronic and house tunes
Green Music Channel: worldwide groove
Red Music Channel: world greatest hits
WHAT TO BRING?
* Comfortable clothes so you can move freely

* Togs & towels if you are willing to have a swim
