A groovy beach session limited up to 20 people in a group. A one-you energising caffeine-free mix of stretches, silent disco, play therapy and potential ocean dip (if you are keen).

Wake up with a mermaid call, let the breeze play with your hair and melt into the sand while dancing to a favourite tune!
Rise and Shine is a 30min groovy beach session brought to you by the Papaya Stories team (awesome peeps behind the Silent Disco Citywalk project). Rise and Shine and get your energising caffeine-free mix of stretches, silent disco, play therapy and potential ocean dip (if you are keen).
At the session you will find a your own dance spot and a set of headphones. We kick off each session with guided slow and gentle stretch followed by a silent disco, when you can choose your own groove by switching between two music channels:
Blue Music Channel: electronic and house tunes
Red Music Channel: world & kiwi greatest hits
