Sunset Groove Beach Session - Point Chevalier
Beach is a happy place. Ocean is a healing force. A groovy sunset beach session invites you to dance, move, walk, connect to de-stress, and dip yourself into the ocean of calm and relaxation. 90 min of silent disco, play therapy, and gentle stretch to wind down. Ocean swim afterward is optional

About the event
At the session, you will find your own dance spot and get a set of headphones. We kick off each session with guided slow and gentle stretches followed by a silent disco. Choose your own groove by switching between two music channels:
Blue Music Channel: world music
Red Music Channel: greatest hits
WHAT SHALL I BRING?
- Comfortable clothes so you can move freely
- Togs and towels if you are willing to have a swim
- H2O
Please drive/come to Coyle Park and park at a free spot. Then go down to the beach via the walking path on your left. Watch out for the Silent Disco Flag and Happy Monkey on the beach waving at you.
