Sunset Groove - Silent Disco on the Point Chevalier Beach
Beach is a happy place. Ocean is a healing force. A groovy sunset beach session invites you to dance, move, walk, connect to de-stress, and dip yourself into the ocean of calm and relaxation. 90 min of silent disco, play therapy, and gentle stretch to wind down.

About the event
At the session, you will find your own dance spot and get a set of headphones. We kick off each session with guided slow and gentle stretches followed by a silent disco rave. From time to time we will invite you to join our dance and mindful games that are meant to open up your senses, inspire the fun flow and creative expression within a like-minded group.
Choose your own groove by switching between three music channels:
Blue Music Channel: a cool DJ mix full of electronic, house and ambient sounds
Red Music Channel: world music & greatest hits of various genres: dance, pop, disco, funk, hip hop and even indie songs.
WHAT SHALL I BRING?
- Comfortable clothes so you can move freely
- Togs and towels if you are willing to have a swim
- H2O
- extra layer as it might get cold
Please drive/come to Coyle Park and park at a free spot. Then go down to the beach via the walking path on your left. Watch out for the Silent Disco Flag and Happy Monkey on the beach waving at you.
